Here’s a video of me dancing for the anon, it’s the beginning of one of my hornpipe steps. Normally I wouldn’t post videos of my steps because it’s my teachers choreography but I made this piece up myself a while back.
Dance was great last night! We drilled our slip jig, our reel and Job Of Journeywork. And did a bit of ceili.
I felt a bit of an ache as I was stretching my foot before class, but other than that, there were no problems with my foot at all!
But my legs.
The outsides of my calves constantly burn while I’m trying to dance and I’m getting a little bit sick of it.
This has been going on for quite some time now, and I just want it to stop.
Am I not stretching properly? I think I’ve asked myself this question before, but still.
